AVM Flex combines vertical product handling with efficient and precise cartoning operations. 

Its balcony-style construction ensures full accessibility and compliance with GMP standards, while the compact footprint makes it suitable for integration into existing lines. 

Products are fed automatically and inserted into cartons via a pick & place unit, with carton opening performed by mechanical arms with suction cups. 

The machine enables leaflet insertion directly into the carton and delivers up to 320 cartons per minute, depending on the format and configuration.
