Xerthra™ BMAC is an innovative procedure set for separating and concentrating bone marrow aspirate to obtain a concentrated bone marrow fraction (BMAC), used for local injection to enhance tissue regeneration. Its uniquely designed separation devices deliver BMAC with 5 times more concentrated mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and 4 times more concentrated platelets (PLTs), offering one of the highest cellular yields available. MSCs support bone and cartilage reconstruction through differentiation into osteoblasts and chondrocytes, while platelets release growth factors that initiate and control the regeneration process — making Xerthra™ BMAC a powerful tool for regenerative therapy.
