From high speed fully integrated lines to smaller scale applications, Ropack has over 6000 tooling parts already in our inventory. For tooling parts not available, Ropack has an in-house machining centre to expertly manufacture the required tooling.

Ropack is equipped to produce sachets that are well suited to the needs of manufacturers and consumers alike. Our sachets are an ideal option for fill weights of 2 g or more, and for formulas mixed in food or liquid.

Our analytical laboratory is integrated with our manufacturing and packaging operations and is capable of providing reliable chemical and microbiological testing in compliance with cGMP requirements.

Ropack offers manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and distribution services for clinical trial materials across Canada. We ensure that your clinical materials are properly handled, form warehousing and distribution to reterns, collection and destruction.
