Contaminations are a constant risk in cell culture laboratories and in the production of biopharmaceuticals. Mycoplasma and other microbes often go undetected, putting experiments or entire production batches at risk. Our strength is making these risks visible and controllable. We develop detection methods based on conventional PCR, real-time PCR and digital PCR. These are complemented by sample preparation kits, reference standards and products for the prevention and elimination of microbial contamination. The portfolio also includes products for qualifying (q)PCR cyclers and removing DNA contamination in PCR laboratories. This ensures that results remain reliable and reproducible. With our solutions, laboratories and biopharmaceutical manufacturers can detect contamination at an early stage, eliminate it in a targeted manner or prevent it from occurring in the first place. In addition to contamination control solutions, we also offer PCR-based tests for quality control of cell and gene therapies.
