As an innovative manufacturer of reliable primary packaging solutions, we have developed a new product: The Flipdropper - Its a single-piece flip top cap with tamper-evidence and integrated drip function. The flip top cap can be opened in one easy step after which the contents can be dispensed. Cumbersome unscrewing is now a thing of the past. Upon initial opening, the seal falls into a pocket provided for this purpose. The integrated universal drip function starts dripping as soon as the bottle is turned down. After dosing the liquid can be securely resealed regarding the intuitive push- and pull mechanism. With the Flipdropper you will have a perfect dosage with residue-free product return. For a combination containing oily preparations, compatibility with the plastic will need to be examined. What’s special about Flipdropper®: On initial opening, the tamper-evidence seal falls into a specially provided pocket. Difficult unscrewing – a thing of the past! The integrated universal dropper begins its work as soon as the container is tilted downwards. For the user, this saves time and effort, without compromising product protection. We’re particularly proud that this product has won the international packaging prize “WorldStar 2021”!

Its function of verifying first opening is perfectly discharged when the ring is flawlessly broken off. We manufacture single-piece tamper-evident closures as individual components in a single work step using injection moulding. The tamper-evident ring of the closure is elegantly broken off during the initial opening, after which it remains clearly visible on the bottle shoulder during subsequent use. Clearly recognisable tamper-evident seal, leaving no doubt regarding whether the container has been opened before. Manual closing as well as semi- or fully automatic processing on filling and closing systems is possible.
