Fabrication of Fast Track Process Systems enables pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers to bring new capacity online in a fraction of the time of traditional stick‑built projects. By modularizing process units into pre‑fabricated skids and pipe racks, critical activities such as detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication and FAT run in parallel, while site construction progresses in the background. The result is a fully tested, plug‑and‑play process system that arrives on site ready for rapid installation, commissioning and qualification, reducing risk, shortening schedules and accelerating time‑to‑market for new therapies.

Modular Facility Fabrication and Installation transforms the way pharmaceutical plants are built, by manufacturing complete facility modules off‑site and assembling them rapidly on the customer’s site.

These modules integrate structure, cleanrooms, process and utility systems in a controlled workshop environment, ensuring consistent quality, GMP compliance and a very high level of construction cleanliness. Once shipped, the modules are set on prepared foundations and quickly interconnected, allowing commissioning and qualification to start within days and cutting overall project timelines by months compared to conventional construction
