Product Description

Our innovative Headerbag is a high strength film pouch with a breathable gas membrane which is usable as packaging material for medical devices. Depending on the pouch size the opening area is reinforced by an additional strip.




Features

  • high-strength LLDPE film 100 μm (clear, transparent)
  • gas membrane made of coated DuPont™ Tyvek® 1073B for excellent opening characteristics and good gas permeability
  • customer-specific printing possible, including EO sterilisation indicator
  • reinforcing strips for heavy products
  • manufacturing process and materials according to DIN EN ISO 11607
  • customised sizes from 220 mm x 250 mm to 1000 mm x 1150 mm
  • standard formats available from stock for quick delivery

Our Headerbags do not contain any substances such as latex,

    Our innovative flat see-through pouches White Line are made of a combination of transparent film laminate and porous polypropylene based material. They have a very high mechanical strenght and are ideal for heavy and bulky medical devices that require a specific protection.
