'Made-to-Measure Phospho-Specific Polyclonal Antibodies
Drawing upon over 20 years’ experience, Amsbio has developed a custom phospho-specific antibody production service that is both reliable and produces high quality product.
This service includes synthesis of phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated peptides, conjugation to a carrier protein, immunisation, serum production and a 2-step affinity purification of the antibodies. To ensure absolute specificity for each phosphorylated amino acid a stringent dot blot testing regime is done guaranteeing that for all projects the phospho peptide is preferentially recognised.
A complete package of non-phosphorylated and phosphorylated peptides, pre-immune sera and antisera, as well as affinity purified phospho-specific and non phospho antibodies are supplied with each customer order. The Amsbio custom phospho-specific antibody production service is cited in the recent research undertaken by F Christian et al.
