AAPharmaSyn provides custom chemical synthesis services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, and government research programs that require compounds not readily available from commercial sources. Projects can range from first-time synthesis of novel small molecules and complex multi-step targets to preparation of advanced intermediates, building blocks, reference compounds, metabolites, impurities, analogs, and proprietary research chemicals.

The team is particularly well suited to challenging or literature-limited chemistry where route design, experimental troubleshooting, and synthetic flexibility are as important as execution. Work can be performed from milligram quantities through larger non-GMP research-scale batches, with purification, characterization, and documentation tailored to the intended use of the material.
