AAPharmaSyn supports antibody-drug conjugate and bioconjugation programs through small-molecule chemistry focused on linkers, payloads, and linker-payload intermediates. Services include synthesis of cleavable and non-cleavable linkers, functionalized linkers and spacers, custom linker modifications, payload intermediates, and complete linker-payload constructs needed for research and development programs.

The team can also prepare ADC-related reference standards and impurities, troubleshoot difficult linker or payload chemistry, and scale selected intermediates when additional material is required. This chemistry support is designed to complement downstream conjugation and biological evaluation activities.
