Product Description

Pig kidney proteic extract with natural content of DAO (Diamine Oxidase). Active ingredient for a food for special medical purposes (EU) or for food supplements (U.S/EU) for the dietary treatment of DAO deficiency, Histamine intolerance, migraine and other types of headaches,  ADHD, digestive disorders, , atopy, fibromyalgia and generalized muscular pain. Biological product. Free Allergen Product conforms to the Reg (EU) Nº 1169/2011. Free of lactose, sugar, histamine and gluten.  This product is an extract of the kidney with no potential risks associated.

The European Commission approved DAO as an "Authorized Novel Food" in 2019. Conversely, DAO API is a “New Dietary Ingredient” in the USA since 2007 in accordance with an approval of the FDA. • The finished product is considered a “Food Supplement” in the US and was registered in EU as a “Dietary Food for Special Medical Purposes” (FSMP)
