Positive Organizations puts the governance layer in place that ESG ratings, auditors and customers all look for, and then makes it live in the organisation.


We draft the ESG documentation suite: whistleblower policy and reporting channel, code of conduct, code of ethics, human rights, anti-corruption and environmental policies, written to satisfy EcoVadis Ethics scoring, ESRS G1 business conduct and pharmaceutical customer audits.


Policies only score if they are implemented, so we deliver the training: case studies, e-learning modules, interactive workshops and coaching for management and employees.


We also run DEI audits with action plans and tailored training, and provide executive coaching and personal development led by a certified leadership coach.
