Product Description

ExiProgen™ is an automated protein synthesis and purification system that utilizes Bioneer's Cell-free Protein Synthesis technology. Using the dedicated ExiProgen™ Protein Synthesis Kit, the system performs both protein expression and affinity purification in a fully automated workflow. After loading the template DNA and initiating the run, target proteins are synthesized using cell-free expression reagents and subsequently purified using Ni-NTA magnetic beads. This integrated process enables researchers to obtain high-purity recombinant proteins rapidly and reproducibly with minimal hands-on time. ExiProgen™ is particularly suitable for the production of membrane proteins, toxic proteins, antibodies, and proteins containing multiple disulfide bonds.
