Product Description

A precision moulded fibre tray engineered for the secure handling, protection and presentation of pharmaceutical vials throughout packaging, storage and distribution.
Manufactured to tight dimensional tolerances, the tray accurately locates and secures the vial, significantly reducing lateral movement and improving stability compared with traditional folding-carton inserts. The formed geometry provides consistent retention and protection throughout handling and distribution, while maintaining straightforward product loading and removal.

Designed for interoperability with existing packaging machinery, the tray can be integrated into established automated handling, cartoning and packing processes with minimal disruption to existing line configurations.

Suitable for a wide range of vial formats and pharmaceutical applications, with tray geometry engineered around the specific container, closure and handling requirements.
