Harvest Platformed Autoinjector Tray

Harvest Platformed Autoinjector Tray
Product Description

A standardised moulded fibre tray architecture designed to accommodate a broad range of 1 mL, 2.25 mL and 3 mL autoinjector devices within a common packaging platform.

Our platform offering delivers secure device retention, minimal lateral movement, reliable de-nesting and a low-profile, stack-efficient design, while supporting interoperability with existing packaging technologies.

By standardising the tray architecture across multiple device formats, customers can potentially use the same outer-carton dimensions, the same machine setup and the same packaging-line configuration across several autoinjector programmes.

This can reduce changeover complexity, simplify packaging operations, minimise the number of packaging SKUs and avoid unnecessary investment in separate bespoke tooling for each device.

The platform is 100% PFAS-free and provides a scalable route from development and validation through to commercial production.
