Harvest Snap-Fit & Interference-Fit Autoinjector Tray

Harvest Snap-Fit & Interference-Fit Autoinjector Tray
Product Description

Harvest’s snap-fit and interference-fit retention technology can be applied to both platformed and fully bespoke autoinjector tray solutions.

Our ability to manufacture moulded fibre within tight dimensional tolerances allows us to engineer controlled retention features that securely locate the device, minimise lateral and vertical movement, and maintain consistent fit and performance across production.

For platformed applications, the technology can be used across a common tray architecture supporting multiple autoinjector formats. For bespoke applications, the retention geometry can be engineered specifically around the individual device and its protection requirements.

The result is a secure, repeatable retention solution that supports reliable de-nesting, automated packaging processes and efficient line integration, without the need for additional plastic retention components.

Tight tolerances. Controlled retention. Platformed or bespoke.
