Ammonium Phosphate Dibasic, HPLC Grade is a white crystalline powder used in various chromatographic and biochemical analyses. With the chemical formula of (NH₄)₂HPO₄, the compound is also referred to as Ammonium Hydrogen Phosphate (AHP) or diammonium phosphate (DAP). It is highly water-soluble, slightly soluble in ethanol, and insoluble in acetone. Formed by the regulated interaction of ammonia and phosphoric acid, it is highly purified; thus, it is suitable for sensitive chromatography and biological investigations.
