loVol®

Product Description

The loVol®  is a specialized system engineered for low-volume solubility and dissolution testing. Designed for early-stage drug development and formulation screening, loVolr evaluates APIs, powder mixtures, granules, coated pellets, and finished oral dosage forms under both constant pH and dynamic pH gradient conditions.

It supports both constant pH and pH-gradient experiments while using only up to 25 mL per vessel, reducing reagent costs and better mimicking physiological conditions for early-stage development. The loVol® offers precise control of temperature, stirring, and pH in every experiment. The integrated pHysio- grad enables automated pH adjustment. .
