Our PhysioCell: 

 - simulates crucial conditions of the upper GIT and is based on three-compartmental flow-through construction,


- features simulation of: gastric motility, constant or variable kinetics of the gastric emptying of non-caloric liquids, temperature gradients of the dissolution medium, rapid neutralization of the gastric content, and dynamic intestinal gradients of hydrogen carbonate buffers.


- can be used with both: opened and closed loop configurations, and supports flexible connection of its compartments for dissolution tests tailored to a formulation. 


- offers a possibility of testing of up to 3 samples simultaneously and ease of operation, it stands out in a very limited market of GIT simulators.
