BE BioSol provides aseptic prefilled-syringe filling for biologics, vaccines and complex injectable products, supporting clinical and commercial programs. Our integrated services include formulation and drug-product development, process optimization, technology transfer, sterile filtration, aseptic filling, plunger insertion, visual inspection, analytical testing, validation and regulatory support.

Current capacity includes a dedicated PFS line capable of producing up to 60 million units annually, supported by a combination PFS and cartridge line with capacity of up to 40 million units annually. Additional full-isolator PFS and PFS/cartridge capacity is planned for 2027,? Actually no question. Let's correct.
