All-in-one 360° visual inspection machine with 3D and 2D inspection technology for inspection and sorting of tablets, capsules and softgels. Sensum SPINE automatically inspects the entire surface of tablets, capsules and softgels at the speed of up to 630.000 products/hour. Machine can inspect an extensive range of product sizes and has high-end performance in terms of applicability, inspection quality and throughput. Its ergonomic and intuitive design allows the user fast-change overs and ease of use without any special training or tools. The products are held in reproducible position by a vacuum system and inspected by six colour cameras. The machine is controlled via a user-friendly graphical interface, providing simple operation and training for the inspection of new products. The active sorting system with sorting verification for both good and defective products ensures fail-safe and reliable operation.
