Through its subsidiary siRNAgen Therapeutics, the company is developing RNAi-based therapeutics for fibrosis, oncology, obesity, and other diseases. Its lead candidate, SRN-001 for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), has completed Phase 1a clinical trials and is advancing to Phase 1b.
