BIONEER Corporation, founded in 1992 as Korea’s first biotech venture company, develops and manufactures life science reagents, instruments, and services based on core genomic technologies, including DNA synthesis, PCR, DNA sequencing, and siRNA. Serving customers in over 50 countries, BIONEER also advances RNAi therapeutics through its proprietary SAMiRNA™ platform. Through its subsidiary siRNAgen Therapeutics, the company is developing RNAi-based therapeutics for fibrosis, oncology, obesity, and other diseases. Its lead candidate, SRN-001 for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), has completed Phase 1a clinical trials and is advancing to Phase 1b.
