Product Description

Fluorosilicone release liners engineered for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) systems — where standard silicone liners fail.

Available on PET, paper, and polyimide substrates, including polyimide liners for high-temperature processing. Tuned release force, batch-to-batch consistency, and controlled transfer performance for transdermal patches, wound care dressings, medical tapes, scar sheets, and drug delivery systems.

One fluorosilicone platform covers low to high release levels — simplifying qualification and reducing the number of liner SKUs you need to hold.

ISO 13485 certified. PFAS-tested. Ultra-low release from 0.5 g/25mm (≈ 0.005 N/25mm), width up to 1,700 mm.
