Product Description

Beyond our standard release liners, Jefluo provides custom coating and slitting to match your adhesive system, substrate and converting line.

Release force is tuned to your specification — from ultra-low release for high-tack silicone systems to higher grades for lighter adhesives — on the substrate and thickness your construction requires. Single- or double-side coating, custom slitting widths, and dual-liner formats are all available.

From sample rolls for qualification through to production supply, we develop the liner around your process rather than asking you to design around ours.

ISO 13485 certified. PFAS-tested (fluorosilicone) and PFAS-free (non-silicone) options.
