Fluorosilicone release liners for soft silicone and silicone gel wound care dressings — engineered for clean, low-force release from the high-tack skin adhesives that standard silicone liners cannot handle.

Soft silicone gel dressings are prized for painless, atraumatic removal and repositioning on delicate skin — but their tack demands a liner that releases cleanly at ultra-low force without disturbing the gel layer or leaving residue. Our 50μm PET fluorosilicone liners are built for exactly this: controlled, reproducible peel that protects the adhesive gel through converting, lamination and die-cutting.

For PFAS-sensitive programs, a non-silicone PFAS-free option is available.
