02_Transdermal Patch Release Liner

02_Transdermal Patch Release Liner
Product Description

Release liners engineered for transdermal drug delivery systems — drug-in-adhesive, matrix, reservoir, and multi-laminate patch constructions.

Transdermal patches place unusual demands on the release liner: controlled, reproducible peel at low force so the delivery layer is not disturbed, clean transfer with no residue on the adhesive matrix, and batch-to-batch consistency to hold coating and lamination tolerances across production.

For silicone PSA patch systems, our fluorosilicone liners deliver ultra-low release from 0.5 g/25mm. For PFAS-sensitive programs, a non-silicone PFAS-free option is available.

ISO 13485 certified.
