The material also exhibits exceptional resistance to corrosion due to its composition of stainless steel and other special alloy materials, such as SS316L, SS904L, and Hastelloy. The filtration performance is highly reliable and consistent across a range of 1 micron to several thousand microns. Additionally, the filtration fineness is remarkably reliable and uniform. Moreover, the pore size of the filter layer remains resistant to deformation during production, thanks to the upper and lower dual protective mesh layers. The sintered mesh filter discs are extensively utilized in the drying, filtration, separation, and purification procedures of the chemical, pharmaceutical, and bio-pharmaceutical industries. Custom-sized separated and integral disc filters can be manufactured to meet specific requirements.
