Product Description

The sintered mesh filter elements are created by multi-layer sintered woven mesh. Thanks to the surface filtration material, the sintered mesh filter discs are very easy to clean and backwash. The material also exhibits exceptional resistance to corrosion due to its composition of stainless steel and other special alloy materials, such as SS316L, SS904L, and Hastelloy. The filtration performance is highly reliable and consistent across a range of 1 micron to several thousand microns. Additionally, the filtration fineness is remarkably reliable and uniform. Moreover, the pore size of the filter layer remains resistant to deformation during production, owing to the upper and lower dual protective mesh layers. The sintered mesh filter elements are extensively utilized in the drying, filtration, separation, and purification procedures of the chemical, pharmaceutical, and bio-pharmaceutical industries.
