Double or triple bagging of pharmaceutical items is required when their final point of use is an operation theatre or another vulnerable area, requiring extreme hygiene measures. The product  could be trigger sprays containing IPA or ethanol liquids, where the bags are removed stepwise along being transported to the final point of use.

Pre-made bags are a great choice when considering product hygiene - they remain closed from bag production until filling. 
The Schur®Star Bag in Bag can be applied for various products, including liquids in regular or trigger spray bottles, wet wipes in tubes, or wet wipes in pouches.
All bag formats are available in individually designed laminate combinations and are applicable for aggresive content like IPA.
Perfect for cleanroom packing.
The packing process can be extended to include direct printing, for indication of lot no., traceability details or similar information. Double-labelling is also available in order to enhance marketing communication or, for example, to automize irradiation-confirming sticker application.
