Amar Flow Laboratory combines flow-reactor technology with process-development expertise to help customers convert batch chemistry into safe, practical and scalable continuous processes. Services can include feasibility studies, batch-to-flow conversion, reactor selection, mixing and heat-transfer evaluation, residence-time optimization, feed strategy, pressure control, reaction parameter optimization, downstream processing and scale-up. This is particularly valuable for fast, highly exothermic, hazardous, temperature-sensitive or multiphase reactions where direct transfer of a batch recipe into a tubular reactor may not deliver the required performance. Development work can utilize Amar’s MicroFLO™, PinchFLO™, CorFLO™, SlurryFLO™, MACFLO™ and CSTR platforms, allowing the reactor technology to be selected according to the specific chemistry and process requirements.
