Product Description

MicroFLO™ is Amar Flow Laboratory’s microchannel flow-reactor platform engineered for rapid mixing, efficient heat transfer and precise residence-time control. Its high surface-area process and utility channels enable fast heating and cooling, making it suited to highly exothermic, temperature-sensitive and fast reactions. The platform supports process development through scale-up by reactor sizing and numbering-up and integration into automated continuous-flow skids.

PhotoFLO® is a continuous photochemical reactor designed for controlled irradiation, reproducible residence time and efficient thermal management. Available in microreactor and PFA reactor coil arrangements, it is positioned around a high-intensity LED source for consistent light exposure to the flowing reaction stream. Interchangeable wavelengths and configurable reactor volumes support photochemical screening, process optimization and scale-up.
