SlurryFLO®, MACFLO™ and CSTR systems are continuous-flow reactor platforms from Amar Flow Laboratory for processes involving slurries, viscous systems, and intensive mixing. They support applications such as crystallization, heterogeneous catalysis, hydrogenation, extraction and other multiphase reactions, from process development through scale-up. SlurryFLO® is engineered specifically for solids-containing streams. Multiple agitated cells maintain solids suspension and strong local mixing, while controlled cell-to-cell transfer provides staged residence-time behaviour. Independent jackets and process ports support thermal control, sampling and monitoring.
