IamFluidics is an awarded spin-off company from the University of Twente (in The Netherlands) that provides advanced microencapsulation solutions using its patented 'in-air microfluidics' technology platform. The company's innovative processes and formulations allow several industries to get the most out of active ingredients and live cells by producing precisely controlled microparticles at an industrial scale.   

Microencapsulation can be used amongst others in the pharmaceutical industry for controlled drug release, probiotics therapies, (stem) cell and tissue engineering, regenerative medicines, live biotherapeutics, and injectable biologicals. As new technologies emerge, advanced solutions become available to address microencapsulation challenges and unlock the development of better healthcare products for the population, with higher performance and improved patient experiences.
