I Holland to showcase its most innovative tooling solutions at PHARMACONEX

With over 70 years of tooling knowledge and experience, I Holland will showcase its full range of tooling products focused on increasing productivity for the tablet manufacturer, including IH-TMS, an innovative Tool Management System.

Alex Bunting, I Holland’s Marketing Manager said: “One of the main features at the show will be the IH-TMS Tool Management System, an intuitive, affordable piece of software which enables the proactive monitoring of tool rotations, tooling inventory and maintenance. It enables tablet manufacturers to keep a record of tablet quantities by number, work order or batch information to ensure production is run efficiently and tooling life is maximised, and is available in several languages.

“We are currently offering free demonstration copies, so customers can see for themselves just how IH-TMS will work for them at their own site. The I Holland team are looking forward to participating in PHARMACONEX, where we will be meeting with existing and prospective customers and using it to build on our presence in this part of the world.”

I Holland will also be presenting several other new additions including tool coating, PharmaCote ECxtra one of the most advanced tool coatings on the market today, and XDF (eXtended Dwell Flat) a patented elliptical punch head form designed to increase dwell time on an existing table press without the need for time-consuming and expensive modifications.
