    Accurate testing of immediate-release (IR) and enteric-coated (EC) dosage forms requires replicating the complex mechanics of gastrointestinal transit - including gastric pressure events, variable pH, thermal and flow gradients, and rapid duodenal neutralization within dynamic carbonate buffer systems.

    To capture these physiological dynamics, we developed PhysioCell® - a novel dissolution apparatus powered by proprietary GI variability modeling and customized pharmacokinetic (PK) simulations.
