The pHysio-grad® device: 
- Can precisely monitor and adjust the pH value of commonly used hydrogen carbonate buffers the pH adjustment in the range of pH 5.5 to 8.3 with a maximum deviation of ± 0.02 pH units.

- Utilizes pure CO2 and inert gases for simulation of intestinal conditions after connecting pumps the pH adjustment can be extended to simulation of gastric conditions and pH stage using liquid titrants.

- Is characterized by robustness and good performance stability

- Can be used in various pharmacopoeial and non-compendial dissolution test devices.

    We provide pHysio-grad® -  a physiologically oriented device that enables biorelevant simulation of intestinal pH gradients without altering the volume or ionic strength of the simulated intestinal media. Its operation is based on gaseous pH adjustment of hydrogen carbonate - the most biologically relevant buffering system in the human gut.
