Compass®

Product Description

Compass® is a Python-based software that predicts in vivo similarity of immediate-release oral dosage forms by combining semi-mechanistic modeling with user-provided dissolution and pharmacokinetic data.
Compass® fits a modified Noyes–Whitney model, simulates plasma concentration–time profiles, and visualizes predicted differences in Cmax and AUC across gastric emptying conditions.

By rapidly screening formulations for likely bioequivalence, Compass® offers an efficient alternative to complex PBPK modeling and supports early-stage development to improve clinical trial success.
