PinchFLO™ and CorFLO™ are scalable tubular flow-reactor platforms from Amar Flow Laboratory, designed for continuous chemical processing requiring efficient mixing, heat transfer and precise residence-time control. Configurable from laboratory development through manufacturing scale, they are suited to demanding, exothermic and temperature-sensitive processes across single-phase, liquid-liquid and gas-liquid applications. PinchFLO™ uses engineered variations in tube geometry to repeatedly generate radial mixing through passive hydrodynamics. This enhances fluid contacting and heat transfer while providing predictable residence-time behaviour and straightforward scale-up without mechanical agitation. CorFLO® combines a corrugated tubular flow path with engineered static-mixing elements to intensify radial mixing and heat transfer. It is particularly effective for viscous and laminar-flow processes where minimizing temperature and concentration gradients is critical.
