Tubular Flow Reactors: PinchFLO™ and CorFLO® (Flow Chemistry)

Product Description

PinchFLO™ uses engineered variations in tube geometry to repeatedly generate radial mixing through passive hydrodynamics. This enhances fluid contacting and heat transfer while providing predictable residence-time behaviour and straightforward scale-up without mechanical agitation.

CorFLO® combines a corrugated tubular flow path with engineered static-mixing elements to intensify radial mixing and heat transfer. It is particularly effective for viscous and laminar-flow processes where minimizing temperature and concentration gradients is critical.
