Rx-360's Annual Conference - A Big Success

Rx-360's Annual Conference - Fighting Fakes held on 2–3 June in Washington, DC was a big success. 

Rx-360 was able to bring all stakeholders together to discuss the risk fake medicines pose to patients, and to discuss solutions to detect, deter and disrupt the process to make and distribute faked medicines. 

Regulators, NGOs, Law Enforcement, Academia, Industry Professionals, Suppliers, Service providers and patients actively contributed to the conference and advanced the dialog around fake medicines. Even Google and Visa have joined the effort to protect patients.

Presenters and attendees traveled from around the world to participate and to work together to fight against Fake Medicines. A wide range of topics were discusses from adulterated raw materials, cargo thefts, counterfeit medicines, illegal internet pharmacies, enforcement actions and how these all affect patients.
