FPS is introducing a new Augmented Reality tool

Thanks to an innovative platform (developed by Brochesia) and the use of Smart Glasses (by Epson), any FPS technician at a customer’s site can do two things.

First, the AR tool can display 3D content, such as drawings and manuals. The technician can keep their hands on the job and simultaneously consult the resources with their eyes.

Second, the FPS technician can involve other remote FPS team members live and hands-free.

So it’s not one technician that is working; it can be an entire team of FPS subject matter experts! This will speed up the assistance and will create better outcomes.
